Learning, Healing, and Support

NEW ATTITUDES
New Attitudes is an interactive, school-based program designed to help high school students build a stronger understanding of mental health and mental illness. Through guided activities and open discussion, students explore their existing beliefs, learn how to recognize signs of mental health challenges, and gain tools to support themselves and their peers. The program encourages healthy conversations, reduces stigma, and empowers youth to approach mental health with knowledge and confidence.
CIRCLE OF FRIENDS
Circle of Friends is an eight-week, free peer-led support group for adults or caregivers living with or impacted by mental illness. This program creates a safe, nurturing environment where participants can share experiences, build connections, and find encouragement on their healing and recovery journey. Guided by trained peer leaders, Circle of Friends offers meaningful support, emotional understanding, and a sense of community for anyone seeking connection and hope.
