OUR MISSION
The Canadian Mental Health Association Sou’West Nova is dedicated to promoting mental wellbeing and supporting individuals and families across Yarmouth, Digby, and Shelburne Counties. We work to increase awareness, strengthen understanding of mental health and mental illness, and encourage open, informed conversations within our communities.
OUR IMPACT IN THE COMMUNITY
Through education, outreach, and peer-led support, we aim to reduce stigma and improve access to meaningful mental health supports. Our programs create safe, welcoming spaces where people can connect, learn, and feel supported on their path toward wellbeing and recovery.
